This Platform Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Legal Framework (“Agreement”) govern access to and use of the Dusdus mobile application, website, and related digital services (collectively referred to as the “Platform”) operated by Industrial Development Communications Limited (“the Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By registering on and/or participating in any contest on DusDus, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any contest-specific rules we publish.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Platform or participate in any contest therein.
By creating an account or using this Platform you confirm that:
Selecting the CREATE ACCOUNT button constitutes legally binding electronic consent.
The Platform may only be used by individuals who are 18 years of age or older.

Contests will be held on daily, weekly and monthly basis Nationwide.
The Platform may facilitate interactions between users.
The Company acts solely as a technology intermediary and is not responsible for:
Users engage at their own risk.
The Platform may integrate services provided by third parties.
The Company is not responsible for:
Where automated systems or artificial intelligence tools are used:
The Company processes personal data in accordance with the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA).

The Company may modify or restrict services where required by law or regulatory directive.
Where the Platform is downloaded via Apple App Store or Google Play Store:

Certain features may be provided as beta or prototype services.

The courts of Nigeria shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from the use of the Platform.
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user and the Company regarding use of the Platform.
